Yes. ATLAS will suspend or terminate members who violate the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, payment obligations, attendance requirements, referral standards, or other professional expectations.

The refundable deposit option is a performance-based membership commitment that may allow eligible members to earn quarterly rebates over time by meeting participation standards. The deposit is subject to the Terms of Service, good-standing requirements, and rebate eligibility rules.

ATLAS provides a networking platform and member visibility, but it does not guarantee or warrant the quality, suitability, outcome, products, or services of any member business. Members and visitors should use independent judgment when engaging with any business.

After an application is submitted, ATLAS may review the information, evaluate category availability, communicate next steps, confirm payment or onboarding requirements, and determine whether the applicant is a good fit. Applicants should not assume membership is approved until ATLAS confirms approval.

One-to-one meetings are individual meetings between members that allow them to learn more about each other’s businesses, ideal clients, services, strengths, and referral opportunities. These meetings are often one of the most important ways members develop real trust. ATLAS believes a genuine, high-quality meeting will require approximately an hour. Rushed meetings, such as “parking lot” or “pre-meeting” 5-10 minute meetings are discouraged.

Team Leaders may be eligible to earn referral bonuses depending on the final compensation structure and program rules. ATLAS may allow Team Leaders to earn referral rewards in addition to leadership compensation if the referred members satisfy the required conditions.
