FAQ: Attendance and Participation Standards
-
Participation matters because a networking team depends on active contribution, not passive membership. Members who participate in meetings, discussions, referrals, one-to-ones, and visitor outreach help create a stronger team for everyone.
-
Yes. Members are expected to attend weekly meetings regularly and comply with attendance standards described in the Terms of Service. Current standards include no more than two absences per quarter, with up to two substitutions per quarter, subject to applicable membership rules.
-
ATLAS emphasizes consistency because networking results are usually built over time. Consistent attendance improves familiarity, trust, visibility, communication, accountability, and referral confidence.
-
Participation standards are important for deposit members because quarterly rebates are performance-based. Deposit members must remain in good standing and meet attendance, referral, one-to-one, and visitor requirements to qualify for rebate eligibility. This does not mean participation standards are any less important for monthly pay members.
-
Substitutions may be allowed under the attendance standards described in the Terms of Service. Current language allows up to two substitutions per quarter, subject to team procedures and approval.
-
Failure to meet participation standards may affect rebate eligibility for deposit members and may also affect membership standing. ATLAS may review attendance, referral, one-to-one, visitor, payment, and conduct obligations when evaluating good-standing status.
-
Members are encouraged to invite quality visitors who may strengthen the team. Current deposit rebate standards reference a minimum of one visitor per quarter attending a meeting, subject to the applicable membership structure.
-
Members are expected to participate in one-to-one meetings to strengthen relationships and improve referral understanding. Current deposit rebate standards reference a minimum of three one-to-one meetings per month, subject to the applicable membership structure.
-
Members are expected to submit qualified referrals when appropriate and according to the standards described in the Terms of Service. Current deposit rebate standards reference a minimum of three qualified referrals per month, subject to the applicable membership structure.
-
Yes. ATLAS encourages members to engage outside meetings through one-to-one conversations, professional follow-up, introductions, collaboration, and relationship-building. Many of the strongest referral relationships develop between weekly meetings.
