Each team is designed to include a diverse mix of business categories so members can build a broad referral network and avoid unnecessary overlap within the same team. ATLAS is, however, category exclusive per team to ensure there isn’t direct competition or conflict.

A featured presentation gives a member the opportunity to educate the group in greater detail about their business, services, ideal clients, referral opportunities, and professional expertise. This helps other members understand how to refer that member more effectively.

Team Leader compensation may include a revenue-share structure based on active paid members in the team. Current planning may include a percentage of monthly member payments, with higher compensation possible as teams reach stronger membership levels, subject to final program terms.

Accountability matters because a networking team only works when members consistently participate, follow through, and support one another. Clear expectations help maintain fairness, trust, and momentum within the team.

Yes. ATLAS provides a mobile-friendly website experience so visitors and members can access important information from phones, tablets, and desktop devices. Obviously, the larger the screen, the better the viewing experience.

Participation standards are important for deposit members because quarterly rebates are performance-based. Deposit members must remain in good standing and meet attendance, referral, one-to-one, and visitor requirements to qualify for rebate eligibility. This does not mean participation standards are any less important for monthly pay members.

Yes. ATLAS uses an application process because membership is intended for professionals who demonstrate quality, integrity, and a commitment to mutual benefit. The application process helps protect the professionalism and culture of each team. ATLAS performs a legitimate background check with hard-costs to the organization. ATLAS also reviews other credible third-party sources. The current fee paid by new applicants is $199 and it is non-refundable should they not be approved.

ATLAS may discuss practical business topics such as sales, HR, finance, leadership, operations, marketing, communication, customer service, risk management, and referral strategy. These topics are intended to help members become stronger business owners and better referral partners. These topics are also considered by ATLAS as strong and “unique value propositions” because many comment these topics are brought back to their office, staff, or shared in other ways.
