Violations will result in a discovery meeting to determine the merit of a complaint and alleged violations. Verifiable violations will result in a written warning, temporary suspension, termination of membership, loss of membership privileges, or forfeiture of certain rebate or deposit rights depending on the severity and circumstances.

If a business category is already filled in one team, the applicant may be invited to consider another team, wait for a future opening, explore a nearby market, or discuss whether their service focus is distinct enough to qualify for a different category. There may also be an opportunity for the prospective new member to start and lead a new team within the ATLAS framework with revenue share.
