While we strive to facilitate meaningful networking opportunities, this Disclaimer outlines the limits of our responsibilities and liabilities.
- No Guarantees of Business Outcomes
Atlas is a professional networking organization. We do not guarantee:
- That any member will receive referrals, business opportunities, or financial gain.
- The quality, suitability, or outcome of any referral made by another member.
- That attendance or participation will result in business success.
Each member is solely responsible for pursuing, vetting, and following up on business opportunities generated through Atlas.
- Member Representations
Members represent their own businesses. Atlas does not:
- Endorse or warrant any business, service, or product offered by its members.
- Conduct background checks, licensing verification, or due diligence on members.
- Assume responsibility for false, misleading, or incomplete statements made by members.
Members are encouraged to exercise independent judgment when engaging with other members or their referrals.
- Rebates & Deposits
Membership deposits are subject to the rebate system described in the Terms & Conditions. Atlas makes no warranty that any member will receive a rebate unless all attendance, referral, one-to-one, and visitor requirements are met. Deposit rebates are performance-based, and partial or full forfeiture is possible.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership, participation, or use of our services.
- Atlas’ maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount of that member’s original deposit, less any rebates already paid.

Our website or meetings may reference external businesses, websites, or services. Atlas does not control or endorse third-party content and assumes no responsibility for external services, including payment processors, analytics providers, or social media platforms.
